Where are you located?

14N200 Thurnau Road, Hampshire, IL 60140 – we’re local to Chicago and surrounding suburbs.  

What ages are the lessons for?
All ages as young as 5 years old are welcome.
What should I bring for my lesson?

We ask you to wear jeans and a shoe with a heel. If you don’t have a helmet, we will provide a hardhat for you to start out.

If you choose to continue with lessons (which we hope you do!), you will need to purchase a helmet, boots and breeches. You can purchase these items at a place of your choosing, or we recommend Saddler’s Row Tack Shop.

What does each lesson consist of?

Each lesson consists of a riding portion and a grooming/horse care portion. Students will learn to groom the horse, tack up the horse, learn different parts of the horse and overall horse care as well as learning to ride.

How long is a lesson?
Each lesson is roughly 60 minutes long. Most of the time will be riding but there will be a portion devoted to grooming and horse care.
When are lessons available?

Lessons are available 6 days a week, Tuesday through Sunday.
