Congratulations to our horses and riders on great week at Trader’s Point, we had such a great time!
Caitlyn Shiels and her fabulous new horse Cavalier II had an absolutely AWESOME ebut in the 1.20 and 6 year old jumpers, going double clean and coming in third in both classes! We cannot WAIT to see what is in store for these two! Caitlyn also had success with Marcia Frankin’s Cydelle in the High Pre-Green Hunters, including a third in the Pre-Green Incentive Stake!
Jocelyn Miller and Cadillac Kid had a GREAT show their first time out at Trader’s Point, with great ribbons, including a win over fences! Congrats to a great team on coming in Champion of the Novice Adult Hunters! These two have had a great summer!
Michelle Durpetti and Kenya had a SUPER week in the 3’6 younger Amateur Owners, with a win over fences and in the under saddle, resulting in a Reserve Champion!
Kenya kept up his winning ways with good ribbons in the 3’6 Performance Hunters AND with over 30 horses in the class, with an 89 in the first round and an 89 in the second, he and Caitlyn Shiels were second in the $5,000 USHJA National Derby!
